ROOF REPLACEMENT AT SENECA RIDGE APARTMENTS

The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, MD (HOC), is soliciting bids from qualified Roofing Contractors licensed in the State of Maryland for the removal and replacement of existing roof shingles, rotted roof sheathing, roofing underlayment, vent collars and/or attic louvers, drip edges, flashing, fascia and gable end vents, rake boards and ridge vents, downspouts, gutter-guards, gutters, splash guards, splash blocks and related work at Seneca Ridge Apartments. Rotted fascia boards will be removed and replaced as part of the scope of services. All work shall comply with the conditions set forth herein and as contained within the project details, specifications, and any attachments contained herein. The Contractor is required to furnish all labor and materials necessary to complete the project as specified herein.
