ADVERTISEMENT PURPOSES ONLY*****NOT A CITY OF AURORA, IL SUBMISSION. FOLLOW PROCESSES NOTED IN DOCUMENTS FOR QUESTIONS AND SUBMISSION. Prospective bidders are advised that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. While the City of Aurora may administer the CDBG funds, this project is not a City of Aurora, Illinois project . Sealed bids for this project must be submitted in paper format and physically delivered to: North Island Apartments c/o Realty & Mortgage Co. Attn: Hugh Rider 1509 W. Berwyn Ave. Suite 200 Chicago, IL 60640 Bid must be placed in a sealed envelope and should be clearly marked on the outside with the words “2 N. Stolp Island Roof Project." Bids must be delivered by 5:00 PM (CST) on Monday, June 30, 2025. The bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. Electronic submissions as well as late submissions will not be accepted.
