Description
The apartment/offices building at the Cachagua Community Park is in need of a total replacement composite shingle roof including gutters and downspouts, after having been damaged in recent heavy winds. The replacement roof shall consist of composite shingles matching or similar to the existing roof. Contractor's proposal will include furnishing and pricing for all labor, materials, equipment, and site preparation and clean-up to complete installation of the roof.
