The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking a qualified consultant for the preparation of a Notice of Exemption (NOE), to meet the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a project at 384 Erbes Road (APNs 670-0-250-210 & 670-0-250-290), to allow the construction of a 78-unit affordable "for sale" condominium development including new walls, hardscape, landscape, and grading and the removal and encroachment into the protected zone of oak and landmark trees. The proposed project is 100-percent affordable and is publicly funded.
