Description

This contract establishes a comprehensive maintenance and service agreement for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems across County facilities. It encompasses Preventative Maintenance (PM), Service Calls (Emergency and Non-Emergency), Battery Replacements, Online Monitoring, and Work Order Management via FlowPath. The awarded vendor will be responsible for: Conducting initial inspections to assess equipment condition and establish a maintenance baseline. Performing semi-annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) services for all covered UPS units. Providing 24/7 emergency response for UPS failures and critical alarms. Managing battery replacements in accordance with lifecycle planning and environmental regulations. Ensuring online UPS monitoring access for County personnel to facilitate real-time diagnostics. Utilizing FlowPath for work order management , documentation, and invoicing. All work must comply with industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and County requirements , ensuring optimal system performance, uptime reliability, and cost-effective lifecycle planning. This contract sets fixed pricing for PMs and battery replacements with hourly rates for service calls , ensuring transparency and budget predictability. Vendors must maintain detailed documentation and strict adherence to reporting, compliance, and security measures to remain eligible for contract renewal.
