MRB-56036 - USA (Michigan) - Special Event Management Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special event management services.– Provide recreation event vendor recruitment, programming, and management support– Includes Plaza management and programming, large/small–scale events such as ground breakings, ribbon cuttings, and other special events, and supporting agency supported events including Easter Fun Festival, Fall Festival, Scare Festival, and Park Bandshell programming occurring between October 17, 2026 and April 1, 2028.– Managing, supporting, and coordinating large and small events and event operations.– Vendor recruitment, coordination and management of food, retail, entertainment, and event related vendors and/or individuals.– Entertainment and special event programming recruitment, coordination, assignment and management of presentations to support event related small and large events as required or needed.– Presenting and coordinating community focused events and strategies with a focus on local–based, small, and community focused businesses, vendors, and entertainers wherever possible.– Coordination and management of sponsorships and strategic marketing alliances to support special events and/or sites.– Managing, staffing, and coordinating presentations in small to medium event spaces and in public event spaces.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
