Electronic Health Records System

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with a qualified Offeror to provide the City of Chesapeake, Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (CIBH) department, with a product/solution for a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Contractor-hosted Electronic Health Record (EHR) to include software, data storage, implementation services, training, support, and maintenance for the requirements identified in this document and its attachments to include the CIBH Requirements Matrix. CIBH has initiated a project to obtain an electronic health record with the intention of procuring, implementing, and maintaining a system that eliminates challenges and addresses the priorities listed, allows for streamlined collection and processing of information, facilitates standardization, and provides timely access to information. The full list of system requirements is contained in the attached spreadsheet titled CIBHRequirementsMatrix. Offerors must complete the matrix and return with their proposal. CIBH serves the City of Chesapeake as the public agency responsible for planning, organizing, and providing recovery-oriented services to individuals experiencing serious mental illness and substance use disorders, persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and children with early developmental delays.
