Parks and Recreation On-Call General Contractor Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is for Pierce County to secure the services of a qualified general contractor with expertise of all phases of construction to perform a variety of facility modification projects, repairs and other construction projects in various parks sites, infrastructure, and buildings throughout Pierce County. The General Construction Services include, but are not limited to, labor, carpentry, millwork, framing, drywall, doors, windows, caulking, hardware, demolition, excavation, ceilings, masonry, etc. Pierce County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages women, minorities, and Pierce County businesses that are qualified to perform this work to submit a bid on this project or to offer their services as a supplier or subcontractor.
