Disposition of Real Property Located at 411 North Franklin Street, Tampa, Florida 33602 (Folio: 193527-0000)

The City of Tampa ("City") is soliciting the disposition of property that includes the Tampa Police Department Headquarters, parking garage, and other improvements thereon (the "Property"). The Property is also subject to leases, as further described in the attached documents. The City is looking to obtain proposals from qualified Proposers who have both the vision and financial capacity to develop the Property to its highest and best use (the “Project”). The Property is located within the Central Business District-1. All costs associated with demolition, environmental, survey, engineering, architecture, rezoning, construction and all other costs of due diligence and development will be borne by the successful Proposer. The Property and any improvements thereon are sold “AS IS/WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS". The City is offering the Property for sale with an opening bid of $36,000,000.00. The closing of the sale must occur by January 31, 2027.
