The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from financially qualified buyers , who will utilize the Property for single family residential purposes (the “Project”). Since the Property is classified as a general marketable property, its proposed disposition by sale is subject to published notice and issuance of this RFP pursuant to City’s surplus land disposition policy and 163.380(3), Florida Statutes. A copy of the form of the notice of this RFP that will be published is attached as Attachment 1 to this RFP.
