Sale of City Owned Real Property Located at 403 Magnolia Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida

The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) is seeking sealed proposals from individuals or companies that are interested in purchasing the City's Women Club located at 403 Magnolia Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. This solicitation shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes and must comply with Florida Statute 163.380(3)(a) as the subject properties are located within a Community Redevelopment Agency District (CRA) area. Proposals shall be in accordance with the negotiated terms and conditions set forth in an agreement between the City and the successful proposer. The City may accept such proposal as it deems to be in the public interest and in furtherance of the purposes of the Community Redevelopment Act of 1969. The successful proposer must adhere to City Ordinances, Land Development Codes and meet or exceed all terms, conditions and specifications of the City. The successful proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Purchaser".
