OLC - PROFESSIONAL CUSTOM COACHING SERVICES

Our Lady of Czestochowa (Non-Public School) - Jersey City Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide 3-full day Custom Coaching Services aimed at improving curriculum implementation and instructional fluency. The district requires a flexible, collaborative coaching model designed to meet the specific goals and challenges of our educational partners. Custom coaching in classrooms to support with curriculum implementation Planning and execution of lessons with a focus on lesson “learning goals" Specific support of first year teachers who are new to the curriculum Additional focus on fluency instruction in lessons to follow up on the Professional Development they received last summer Deepen understanding of productive struggle and its role in student learning Reflect on progress and identify next steps for implementation
