Description
The objective of this classification and compensation study is that the Consultant will evaluate the body of work performed by employees; review/update/create class specifications; evaluate West Basin Municipal Water District’s (West Basin) labor market competitiveness, and recommend classification and compensation program policies, processes, and procedures. West Basin has 52 budgeted full-time positions. The staffing component includes administrative support and Board services; environmental quality, professional engineering and technical planning; finance, accounting, procurement and information technology; human resources; public information and water education; and water resource planning and conservation staff. All field operations are contracted out. Proposals are being accepted by West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin), a Municipal Water District, for Project Title .
