The City of Lake City seeks to establish a contract for a qualified firm to provide Consulting Services to perform a Classification and Compensation Study. The firm awarded the contract shall be paid on a flat fee basis. The City of Lake City currently does not have an active contract with any firm for this type of service. The City of Lake City (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (herein after, “RFP”) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Consultants licensed to do business in the State of Florida to perform a Classification and Compensation Study and other related services as noted in this document, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained within the RFP document.
