As-Needed Professional Services - Solar Consulting Services for Vista Civic Center

The City of Vista (City) is soliciting submittals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified professionals to provide as-needed solar consulting services for the Vista Civic Center Project. The City intends to award a contract for as-needed solar consulting services for the Project. All submittals received by the due date will be evaluated in accordance with applicable provisions of the Vista Municipal Code (VMC) and the City will select a firm according to the evaluation criteria described in this RFP and any subsequent negotiations. Funding is available from a grant received for the Civic Center Solar Project. This project is included in the City’s 2022-2023 Draft Capital Improvement Program Budget. Qualifications shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of this RFP. A separately provided Fee Schedule shall be included with the submittal, which the City shall only review after first considering and ranking the qualifications presented by each firm.
