Description
The City of Thousand Oaks (City) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Homeless Encampment Cleanup Services throughout the city as needed. Services shall generally include the cleanup and removal of materials stored and/or illegally dumped at active and abandoned homeless camps. Service Provider will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, vehicles, training, insurance, permits, and debris removal necessary to complete this work.
