MB-10294 - USA (Arizona) - Worker's Compensation Third Party Administration Claims Management Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive workers’ compensation claims administration, claims management, payment processing, medical management, reporting, and recovery services for the City’s workers’ compensation program. The Contractor shall manage all claims in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and City requirements.– Investigate, evaluate, administer, and resolve workers’ compensation claims from initial reporting through closure.– Process and issue timely medical and indemnity benefit payments.– Coordinate medical management, return–to–work programs, and claim resolution activities. – Manage subrogation, restitution, lien recovery, and third–party recovery efforts. – Maintain complete claim files, records, and reporting systems with real–time access to claims data. – Prepare and submit required regulatory filings and compliance reports.– Provide dedicated account management, on–site staffing, customer service, and claims oversight.– Timely claims administration and benefit payments.– Monthly, quarterly, and annual claims reports.– Claims data access and audit support.– Recovery and subrogation tracking reports.– Regulatory filings and compliance documentatio(2) A non–mandatory pre–offer conference will be held on July 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
