Architectural and Engineering Services for Judicial Center HVAC Renovations & Life Safety

What is the solicitation method? The County is seeking architectural and engineering services to provide a design for the complete renovation of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and Life Safety systems at the Judicial Center. The County anticipates awarding a CCNA Specific Project Agreement to run for the duration of the Project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. This project includes ARPA grant funding. All applicable grant terms are included in OpenGov and shall control over any contract terms in the draft contract.
