Description
The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) 'Project ID for a 'Project Title for the acquisition of fifty-five (55) to sixty (60) golf carts and one (1) Range Picker Cart on an annual basis by a Capital Lease, for the New Smyrna Beach Golf Course. The awarded proposal will replace the current lease of fifty-five (55) golf carts. In addition to the annual golf carts, bidders shall also provide pricing for the provision of up to twenty-three (23) carts at any one time to cover peak seasonal needs. The anticipated peak season will normally run from January to April every year. These carts shall also meet the specifications included herein. The City reserves the right to order no additional carts, 23 carts, or any number of carts in between.
