West Sacramento Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station Installation Project

The City of West Sacramento (the “City” or "Owner") is seeking bids from qualified contractors (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://procurement.opengov.com/ ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . In 2018, the City of West Sacramento partnered with ChargePoint, Inc. to develop the “West Sacramento Plug-in Partnership”, with the intent of deploying a robust program for expanding access and availability of Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment (EVSE). This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the construction phase of the Plug-In Partnership. The City is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to install a combination of Level 2 and DC Fast Chargers (DCFC) at twelve (12) key locations for public use at designated site location across the City.
