Monroe County School District is seeking proposals and pricing from qualified contractors for completion of repairs to the roof at Poinciana Elementary School in Key West, Florida. Work for this project includes inspection, general construction and repair work, including gutters and exterior sealing. This is to be a complete turnkey project. The selected contractor will be required to furnish all labor and materials required to fully complete the Work in conformance with the technical specifications prepared by Jay Ammon Architect dated November 10, 2023, attached to this solicitation. This Project has a required completion date of Project Completion Date .
