CCPS RFP #25-08 – Elk Neck Elementary School Roof Replacement Project

Cecil County Public Schools, is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ccps PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. The Elk Neck Elementary School Replacement Project includes replacing approximately 60,000 square feet of an existing asphalt shingle roof with a new asphalt shingle roof (weight 250lb/100sq.ft Architectural type). Scope includes removing existing roofing down to metal decks in non-vented areas and to the wood sheathing in vented areas, installing new vented nail base with insulation where noted, providing continuous ice and water shield, install ridge and exhaust vents, provide modifications to existing sheathing to introduce venting, remove and replace a translucent roof panel system replacement with minor interior painting at translucent roof panel, remove and replace select metals siding to facilitate roof work, and provide new flashings, gutters and downspouts with cast iron boots.
