Description
Ishikawa Elementary School complete tear-off of existing tile roof and install new per Architect drawings. This project includes removal of ACM materials, cement tiles and 30 lb felt to plywood. Repair any damaged plywood and trusses, laydown 1 core underlayment and then dimensional shingles. Base bid to include 100 - 4'x8' sheets of 5/8" plywood roof sheathing and install 50 - 2x6x8' roof joists.
