Description
The City of St. Petersburg invites qualified Firms to submit qualifications to provide Design-Build services at a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the design and construction of the scope items provided below for the Lift Station 88 project as determined by the City. The Design-Build Firm should have experience in the development of urban, commercial/mixed-use, architecturally cohesive lift station projects and in working with experienced design professionals specializing in the construction of lift stations and force mains. The City will utilize a progressive Design-Build delivery method. Lift Station 88 will be located within the Historic Gas Plant redevelopment district in downtown St. Petersburg, in Pinellas County.
