(1) Vendor needs to provide supply, licensing, installation, and removal services for Newline multimedia players and digital signage systems across District facilities on an as–needed basis.– Installation Services– Installation of multimedia players at District locations– Mounting, cabling, configuration, and testing– Ensure full operational functionality upon completion– Provide inside delivery and setup at designated sites– Removal Services– Safe disconnection and removal of existing equipment– Proper handling, packaging, and disposal or relocation as directed– Ensure no damage to District property during removal(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
