The staircase adjacent to the elevator does not go to the 3rd floor of the building.</p><p>There will be a public bid opening at <strong>2:05 PM Central Standard Time, February 20, 2024,</strong> in the Mean Green Conference room on the 1st floor of the Charles Beatty Municipal Services Building, located at 408 S. &nbsp;Rogers, Waxahachie, TX 75165.</p><p>A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:30 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday, February 8th, 2024. The pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams (http://tinyurl.com/4dpsxsw6) on February 8th at 2:30 PM Central Standard Time. The pre-bid meeting ID will be: 252 001 231 772, and the passcode will be: CWdY56</p><p>This project generally includes the reconstructing 0.33 miles of Graham Street in Waxahachie, TX, from US 287 Business (M.L.K. JR BLVD) to Peters Street including side street approach connections with Perry Ave, Brackens St, and Drexal Dr. The pavement section for Graham St will consist of 30&rsquo; B/B 7&rdquo; thick concrete paving with 6&rdquo; monolithic curb and 8&rdquo; lime stabilized subgrade. Side street pavement sections will consist of 30&rsquo; B/B 6&rdquo; HMAC over 8&rdquo; lime stabilized subgrade with concrete curb and gutter. The project also includes signing and striping, street lighting, new storm drain system, 8&rdquo; waterline replacement, and 10&rdquo; sanitary sewer line replacement.</p><p>Plans, specifications, and bidding documents may be examined or downloaded online from&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.opengov.com/\">https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/waxahachie-tx</a>.
