One firm will be selected to perform construction engineering services for the projects described below:</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Project 21-08-ST (683) </span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">287<sup>th</sup> Street Reconstruction to include the following work: Reconstruction of 287<sup>th</sup> Street from the intersection of Osawatomie Road east along 287<sup>th</sup> Street to the edge of the wearing surface for the bridge, and reconstruction of Osawatomie Road north and south of the intersection.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">This project is funded by Sales Tax, and the contract time is set for 90 calendar days. </span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Project 26-01-CO (670) </span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">2026 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program to include mill and overlays at the following locations:</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">287<sup>th</sup> Street from Hedge Lane west to Pressonville Road; Pressonville Road from 287<sup>th</sup> Street north to K-68 Hwy; Osawatomie Road from 287<sup>th</sup> Street north to K-68 Hwy; Hedge Lane Road from 287<sup>th</sup> Street north to K-68 Hwy.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">The bid will also consist of two bid alternates:</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><u><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Bid Alternate 1</span></u><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">: Mill and overlay with full-depth patch on Lone Star Road from 303<sup>rd</sup> Street north to K-68 Hwy.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><u><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Bid Alternate 2:</span></u><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\"> Mill and overlay with full-depth patch at the following locations: Harmony Road from 255<sup>th</sup> Street north to Tontzville Road; Tontzville Road northwest to Lone Star Road; Reestablish appropriate road approaches to the bridge over Hillsdale Lake located on Tontzville Road.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">This project is funded by Miami County Road and Bridge Funds, and the contract time is 120 working days.</span></p>",
