The staircase adjacent to the elevator does not go to the 3rd floor of the building.</p><p>There will be a public bid opening at 2:05 PM Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024 in the Mean Green conference room of the Charles Beatty Municipal Services Building, located at 408 S. &nbsp;Rogers, Waxahachie, TX 75165.</p><p>A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024. The pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams (<a href=\"http://tinyurl.com/485tpnuu\">http://tinyurl.com/485tpnuu</a>), pre-bid meeting ID will be: 286 270 284 645, and the passcode will be: PtGb6e</p><p>This project generally includes approximately 9,500 square yards of pavement removal, 1,200 square yards of 6-inch concrete driveway pavement, 8,300 square yards of 6-inch concrete road pavement, 2,100 liner feet of 8-inch PVC water line, 1,900 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer and 1,230 linear feet of 18-inch to 27-inch RCP storm drain.</p><p>Plans, specifications, and bidding documents may be examined or downloaded online from <a href=\"https://www.opengov.com/\">https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/waxahachie-tx</a>.
