(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefit management, medical provider network, cobra services and stop loss insurance administrative services. • Administrative Services Only (ASO), network administration, Pharmacy Benefit Management services for its self–insured employee and Pre–65 retiree’s health plan. Agency currently has a medical ASO agreement, PPO Network, and pharmacy benefit management agreements with Aetna.• Agency has stop loss coverage through the Aetna.• COBRA/HIPAA Administration: Agency currently contracts COBRA/HIPAA administration with Pay Flex.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
