Medicare Advantage Medical Benefit and Employer Group Waiver Plans Pharmacy Benefit Manager Services

Chesapeake Public Schools, including the School Board (hereafter known as the District), seeks proposals from qualified vendors to meet the District's strategic and operational needs and objectives in providing Medicare Advantage medical benefit services and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (“PBMs”) services for Medicare Advantage Part D and Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP) for its retirees. There is a potential opportunity for more than one offeror to be awarded separate contracts for Medicare Advantage Part D and EGWP services. Should this occur, offerors must include plans for seamless partnerships between all parties, The District requires that the successful vendor start services immediately upon award to meet our Go-Live date requirement starting January 1, 2025. Services shall run from January 1 through December 31 for each contract year.
