The City desires to obtain the services of outside firms or individuals to develop and complete an operational assessment of the Monterey Sports Center. The assessment must include but is not limited to: an analysis of membership, staffing/payroll, programming, space utilization, customer service, market capacity, sales, marketing, and finances. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals with experience in conducting an operational assessment of public, private, and/or non-profit fitness centers.
