Housing Program Consultant Services RFP - Reissue

The City of Monterey (“City”) is a charter city located in the County of Monterey. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide as-needed housing program consultant services over a period of one year with a not-to-exceed annual funding limit of $200,000. The agreement will include an option for four additional one (1) year extensions each of which shall have an annual funding limit not-to-exceed $200,000. The amount of work to be requested during the twelve-month contract period cannot be well defined at the outset. Work shall be issued through a notice-to-proceed. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements with multiple firms as a result of this Request for Proposals.
