The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to provide Emergency Basic Life Support Ambulance Services (“BLS”) as further set forth in the Scope of Work in this RFP. Only BLS ground ambulance services are included in the Project. It is required that the Ambulance Provider is a recognized transportation provider by Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services Agency.
