(1) Vendor needs to provide community coordination service to the government authority located in Santa Rosa, CA.    – Community service is used when a fine or detention is not appropriate, when an individual is unable to pay a court imposed fine, or when service is required as part of a sentence, adjudication, diversion, or probation conditions.– Provides adults and youth involved in the justice system with a structured and restorative way to complete court or probation ordered community service hours.– Provide a simple, supportive, and restorative referral process for adults and youth assigned to complete community service hours.    – Implement a quality assurance and data tracking plan to track client progress, measure outcomes, and monitor overall program performance.– Develop community service placement options across diverse agencies and community organizations.– Evaluate participants and match them with appropriate placements based on ability, schedule, interests, and restorative goals.– Provide language accessible services for clients who do not speak or read English.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
