CSE-23962 - USA (Joliet, Illinois) - Access Control and Surveillance Service - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide access control and surveillance service to the government authority located in Joliet, IL.• This fleet maintenance building will consist of adding access control to 10 standard doorsand three overhead doors• It will also require four internal 360–degree cameras, two externals 360 degree cameras, and one external 180 degree camera• The city IT group will be responsible for programming all doors and adding the access rulesfollowing installation• The city IT group will also add the cameras to the Genetec security system.• The security contractor shall install an Altronix Trove2M2 enclosure and TM2Altronix/Mercury Backplane in the designated location in the IT room and, if required, in an agreed up alternate location.• This Genetec card will be connected to the network switch and will provide connectivity to the selected Synergis Cloud Link• This project will require two AltronixAL600ULXB power supplies and two Altronix ACMS8Access Power Controller, 8 Fuse Protected Outputs, Boards• Wire and CableThe security contractor will connect door hardware to the security panel using agency Wire 4461030–500 SmartWire (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 13, 2026
