RFP - VEHICLE EMERGENCY TOWING SERVICES

Sealed proposals for Vehicle Towing Services will be received electronically by the City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, via the City of Jackson e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson Issue Date: Wednesday, November 13, 2024 Questions Due: Wednesday, December 4, 2024, no later than 10:00 a.m. Proposal Due: Wednesday, December 11, 2024, no later than 10:00 a.m. Issuing Department: Jackson Police Department (JPD) Services will include but not limited to, emergency towing of impound and non-impound vehicles, and secured storage by an experienced, qualified, and licensed company. This agreement is subject to: two, one (1) year renewals contingent upon the approval of both parties. If both parties agree to renew the contract, it shall include up to a 3% cost of living increase. Questions shall be directed to the Questions & Answers section of the proposal and directed to Elmer Hitt, City of Jackson Director of Police and Fire Services, or Kari Kerstetter, City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator. The deadline for questions will be 10:00 a.m., five (5) business days prior to the closing date of this RFP.
