Towing Services

The City of Caldwell is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified, licensed, and experienced towing service providers to establish a list of approved firms to provide towing, recovery, and related services on an as-needed basis. These services may be required to support City operations, including but not limited to law enforcement activities, vehicle impoundment, accident recovery, emergency response, and the removal of abandoned or illegally parked vehicles within City limits. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate the qualifications, experience, capacity, and reliability of interested firms and to identify those that demonstrate the ability to provide prompt, professional, and compliant towing services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and City policies.
