ITES-10576 - USA (New York) - Professional Geotechnical Database Administration Support, Dynamic Pile Testing, Geophysical Engineering, Survey, And Testing Services - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional geotechnical database administration support, dynamic pile testing, geophysical engineering, survey, and testing services to the government authority located in New York.• Responsible for the investigation and design for all projects and structures involving earth or rock engineering, including subsurface investigations, design analyses, contract document preparation, and construction support.• Database administration support services utilizing EQuIS and AutoCAD applications to input geotechnical data for the use of preparing Soil Log (SL) design drawings in AutoCAD.  • Provide qualified staff including a GIS Analyst, AutoCAD Drafter or similar technical title(s) and a Data Entry Specialist to provide administration and support services for the Authority’s geotechnical databases and input of current and historical data into the databases. • Prepare historical geotechnical boring data for input into the databases.• Provide QA/QC checking of the data entry spreadsheets.• Assist, as necessary, with functionality changes to EQuIS database for preparing reports and drawings.• Import data into the EQuIS database and/or AutoCAD database from data entry spreadsheets or the input file from EDGE.• Maintain a data entry log and keep track of the status of data entry for each project• Ensure all base maps in the AutoCAD database are updated and current.   • Provide user training on ArcGIS, EQuIS, and other applications as requested.• Prepare, update, or expand user manuals for EQuIS, ArcGIS, and other applications, as needed, to ensure step–by–step instructions are adequate(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
