CONS-21847 - USA (El Campo, Texas) - Construction Manager-at-Risk Service - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager–at–risk service to the government authority located in El Campo, TX.       – Perform engineering analyses to develop geotechnical recommendations for the proposed office building expansion, septic system and employee and public parking lots. – Drill and sample seven borings with depths from 10 to 30 feet for the proposed building, septic tank and parking lots.– Project includes construction of relocated Pierce office building, potential septic tank and employee and public parking lots.– Grout all borings with cement bentonite grout after water level reading or completion of drilling.– Provide geotechnical recommendations for the design and construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026(3) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
