SCREENING-2664 - USA (San Mateo, California) - Administrative Investigative Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative investigative services to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA.– Interview witnesses, subject employees and complainants.– Review documentary evidence such as reports, emails, text messages, related video and audio recordings, body worn camera footage, surveillance footage and other digital media types, or any other material identified as evidence.– Generate reports related to the investigation to include an introduction, written summary of interviews, transcripts, summary of investigation, findings, notice of intent to discipline, required notifications pursuant to the Peace Officer Bill of Rights, letter of intent and discipline and document counseling memos.– Timekeeping and breakdown of invoice for use with internal affairs case cost tracking, conduct audits, evaluations, and general consultation.– Provide routine updates to office representative as to the progress of assigned cases.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
