(1) Vendor needs to provide eDiscovery implementation solution.• The solution should have the ability to receive requests from the public, enable assignment to appropriate departmental staff, and store requested content for the requestor to retrieve.• The solution should also provide eDiscovery capabilities to perform robust searching, sorting, and filtering of email content, email attachments, and other documents to respond to requests.• Ability to perform robust eDiscovery searching, sorting, filtering of email content, email attachments, other documents.• Ability to exclude or guard against spam or malevolent emails that may be associated with archived email or files included in a search.• Ability to inclusively search for content by a wide variety of features such as key work search, email addresses, a group of email addresses, email groups or distribution lists, dynamic combinations of text strings or other data.• Ability for staff to create non–cumbersome request process flows which help guide requestors into a more articulate request. • Ability to control session times or other disruptions that may present accessibility ramifications or otherwise inconvenience staff or other users.• Ability for both customers and Staff to perform tasks by mobile app or by website, with the application presentation adjusting and rendering accurately regardless of type of device (responsive design).• Vendor should have a cloud–first/SaaS platform offering (preferred).  If both On–Prem and SaaS offerings are available, the SaaS offering should contain the full set of features and capabilities of the On–Prem option.• Ability to provide a web front–end for the public and for city employees to interact with for creating and following up on the end–to–end process. (2) All question must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
