Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bid (NCB) using a Request for Bids (RFB ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and latest revised in February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. The bidding document in English language can collected by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by their respective email address or the Bidder can collect the soft copy of the bidding document from Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, Federal Project Coordination Unit (FPCU) in No 9 below address. 5. Bids must be delivered to Procurement Unit, Federal Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project , Mobile Plaza Building, 2nd Floor, Room No. C13 , Africa Avenue Street, in front of Dembel City center, Near Aberus building on or before 16th July 2026 at 3:00 PM . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project-project conference hall on 16th July 2026 at 3:30 PM . 6.
