Juvenile Justice Center Construction Project Phase II (Bidding Submission Phase)

The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (County) seeks proposals from interested qualified Construction Firms for the construction and delivery of a new Juvenile Justice Center. This new JJC will replace an existing Juvenile Court located at 11 Judicial Ln # 100, Brunswick, GA 31520. This project consists of the new construction of a Juvenile Justice Center of approximately 17,000 gsf. The two-story facility includes Courts, Secure Holding, Judicial Administration, and Probation areas. This is the second phase of this process with the first phase consisting of the technical evaluations of proposals and the creation of a "shortlist" for firms bidding on the project. All instructions, terms and conditions, scope of work, documents/attachments, addendums and Questions/Answers located in the Phase I RFP are binding and applicable to Phase II of this project as if contained herein. The initial RFP document is included in the attachment section of this project.
