(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday lighting and decor services to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA.• The lighting system shall use aluminum track or track material that matches the building exterior, ensuring a low–visibility, architecturally integrated installation. • Track, mounts, and fixtures must be rated for permanent outdoor installation and resistant to UV, moisture, corrosion, and temperature fluctuations. • LED modules shall have a minimum 100,000–hour rated lifespan. • Minimum LED output shall be 130 lumens (per foot or per fixture, depending on system architecture). • Fixtures must be individually secured; no adhesives or temporary mounting methods are permitted for permanent installations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 15, 2026.
