Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide special audit and forensic examination to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NM. • Special audit and forensic examination is to independently assess the effectiveness, conduct, accountability, and compliance of the governance and executive management function• The engagement will focus on whether governance bodies, executive leadership, and affiliated foundation leadership fulfilled their fiduciary responsibilities; exercised appropriate oversight; complied with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and contractual obligations; and safeguarded public funds and institutional resources.• Conduct a comprehensive forensic examination and provide independent findings, conclusions, and recommendations supported by sufficient and appropriate evidence.• Determine the nature, extent, cause, and impact of identified issues.• Quantify financial losses, liabilities, unauthorized expenditures, and risks to the greatest extent practicable.• Identify systemic weaknesses and control deficiencies.• Identify responsible parties where supported by evidence.• Develop detailed, measurable evidence–base recommendations for corrective action and enhance accountability(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
