Citywide Bus Shelter Replacements and Enhancements

The City of Thousand Oaks is looking for competitive bids from potential suppliers for manufacturing and delivering thirty-eight (38) prefabricated metal Bus Shelters and Accessories per the terms and conditions outlined in the request for bids documents. The Bidder shall be responsible for all materials and workmanship in manufacturing the bus shelters and all accessories used, whether manufactured by the Bidder or purchased from a Supplier. This bus shelter equipment is intended to be an in-kind replacement of the existing equipment in order to eliminate and/or minimize the need for construction work. Potential Bidders are encouraged to submit a quote with the most cost-effective and reliable solution. Please note- delivery may be required to be spread out over six (6) months, with six to eight (6-8) shelters delivered at a time to the Thousand Oaks Transportation Center, located at 265 South Rancho Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91361.
