Citywide Concrete Replacement, Sidewalk Repairs (MI 2659), and Citywide Curb Ramps (CI 5734)

The Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing Concrete improvements, including sidewalks, driveway aprons, curbs and gutters, and all related appurtenant work as shown in the Contract Documents. The project also includes the modification and reconstruction of existing concrete curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for accessibility. Additional work may include minor grading, adjustment of utility covers, restoration of disturbed areas, traffic control, and all other incidental work necessary to provide a complete and functional project. The Work will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Thousand Oaks.
