Bus Hoist Replacement at Anaheim Bus Base

Work to be performed by Contractor shall consist of the construction of the work shown on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. The descriptions provided in this section are general in nature and are not meant to detail all work required by the contract documents. The work under this contract consists of Removing and Replacing existing Bus Lift, control console, and all accessories in the Steam Clean area and protecting the surrounding concrete platform, protecting the below hoist drainage system, and the hydraulic and connected electrical system. Protect all adjacent building, utilities, wall steel panels and wall lights, at the OCTA Anaheim Bus Base, located at 1717 E. Via Burton Avenue, Anaheim CA 92806. This project is a facility modification project under OCTA Level 3 Health, Safety and Environmental Specifications and requirements. Other features of the work include, but are not limited to, the following: Obtain and pay for all licenses required by all jurisdictions associated with the approval and requirements of the project. Estimate for the project is $400,000.00, DBE goal is 6%, project is scheduled for 240 calendar days.
