BFT, a Public Transportation Benefit Area (PTBA), provides transit in the urban portions of Benton and Franklin Counties in Washington. BFT is planning to acquire real properties to support its operational requirements and provide passenger facilities. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by BFT to identify Contractors qualified to submit proposals for On-Call Appraiser and Right-of-Way (ROW) Land Acquisition services. The Contract award will be a Unit Price Contract that can not exceed $460,000. Local, State and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Terms and Conditions apply.
