The City of Bridgeport seeks bids for Building Renovations for Cardinal Sheehan Center located at 1494 Main St Bridgeport, CT . The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain total pricing for the City of Bridgeport Housing & Community Development Department per the bid specifications . Davis Bacon Wages are required in this project and are included with this bid package. Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of all necessary materials, equipment, permits, and personnel as per bid specifications. Mandatory Walk-Thru Tuesday, February 11, 2024 @ 10:30 am All bidders are required to participate in the scheduled site visit of the property located at – 1494 Main St. , Bridgeport, CT for a tour of the areas and to make themselves familiar with the conditions at the site and to determine the scope of the job, as no allowances will be made for errors in judgment or omissions. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to be sufficiently familiar with the site.
